I believe the markets are crashing because people are angry and afraid of the socialism that will take over our country if Obama is elected.
But some people are actually looking forward to that day...very scary stuff!

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, another powerful Chicago-based political figure associated with the Rev. Jeremiah Wright and other long-time associates of Democratic Party presidential candidate Barack Obama, is leaving no doubt about what he thinks of the leader in the campaign for the White House.
He says when Obama talks "the Messiah is absolutely speaking."

Addressing a large crowd behind a podium Feb. 24 with a Nation of Islam Saviour's Day 2008 sign, Farrakhan proclaims,
"You are the instruments that God is going to use to bring about universal change, and that is why Barack has captured the youth. And he has involved young people in a political process that they didn't care anything about. That's a sign. When the Messiah speaks, the youth will hear, and the Messiah is absolutely speaking."
"Brothers and sisters," Farrakhan said, "Barack Obama to me, is a herald of the Messiah. Barack Obama is like the trumpet that alerts you something new, something better is on the way."
Farrakhan points out that the man Nation of Islam followers refer to as "the Savior," Fard Muhammad, had a black father and a white mother, just as Obama did.
"A black man with a white mother became a savior to us," he said. "A black man with a white mother could turn out to be one who can lift America from her fall."

This whole scary election is like reading something out of the scriptures where you wonder how many good people could be so easily led astray!
What's really scary is that you guys actually buy into this. Farrakhan is an absolute idiot. Are you aware of this fact? He's not quite all there in the head. He has been largely criticized for being racist and homophobic.
You all surely know the song that goes, "Jesus loves the little children, ALL the children of the world? RED and YELLOW, BLACK and WHITE, they are precious in his sight." That doesn't just go for people of color. It goes for EVERYONE, no matter who they are, what they believe, who they fall in love with, etc. Every human being is worthy of love and compassion.
You seriously need to think for yourself on this issue. America's youth NEEDS to be captured by somebody right now to give them a little damn direction and inspiration.
And fine by me that he will bring change .. BRING IT ON. We need a leader who loves us.

It saddens me to see people who think of themselves as christians feeling comfortable with these projections and untruths. Barack Obama isn't a socialist, and Republicans don't fight for people like you. Open your eyes. Pray for guidance.

was just told by a coworker of mine that she has for the first time voted Democrat and it was for Obama, even though her church tried to convince her that he was Muslim. Needless to say I was so proud of her for not listening to all the hype and voting for the person that was the most trustworthy. She told me that as a Christian she just could not vote for a liar like McCain.
