Bethie,
Hi I just saw a comment you left on www.stangardnermd.com
I used to have Crohn's disease and have changed my diet so that I no longer have Crohn's. One of the things I did was get off sugar. I would be glad to give you some helps and tips. I am actually launching a food coaching program right now, where I will be helping people with one on one coaching to change their diets. I am not charging my first clients anything, so I can evaluate what is needed, and what I may need to add or change in my program. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in. I wish you all the best.
